European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant • 2026-2031 • EUR 1.5M

This ERC Starting Grant funds research on efficient airport slot allocation and pricing mechanisms. The project develops theoretical models and empirical methods to understand how airport capacity is allocated across airlines and routes, with implications for competition, welfare, and infrastructure planning.

Welfare impacts of alternative airport slot policies

Sciences Po Scientific Advisory Board Grant • 2022-2024 • EUR 40K

This project combines novel French and global flight-level operational data with airline pricing and ticket demand information. By integrating previously unexploited datasets at a low level of disaggregation, this provides the foundation for new equilibrium models to evaluate alternative allocation policies.
